I  am  pleased  to  inform  you  that I am presently Secretary (2006)  of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of our Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and I wish to seek  re-election to  the SIRC of ICSI.  I was privileged to function as Member-SIRC (2004) and Treasurer-SIRC (2005), I have been  Member - Managing Committee (1992-94,1995-97 and 2004-06)and as Chairman of Hyderabad Chapter,    I was instrumental in organizing a record number of 180 events during 1996.I have been contributing effectively for success of several programmes organized by SIRC and Hyderabad Chapter as a resourceful team-member which has resulted into receiving Best Regional Award and Best Chapter Awards.  

I have been a Presenter / Trainer in several programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, professional meetings and career events on Professional topics, Public Speaking Skills, Communication skills, Soft-skills, Motivation & Mentor programmes primarily  intended for Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Lecturers, Corporate Executives, Bank Staff & Students.  On the academic front, I have been Senior Faculty in Company Law. I have been Articulator for parents meet, quiz programmes, workshops & orientation programmes for oral coaching students of Company Secretaryship course since 1991.  

I am a self-made webmaster – designed, created and built my own website in addition to maintaining the same without support of any software professional, thus thoroughly conversant with web / online transactions and IT related aspects. With my flair for writing, editing, compiling and publishing,  I am  eAuthor for eBooks on “Brand Equity – cs@www” and “Better PDF Skills”.  

I have been  associated as  Director-Vocational Service  of Rotary  Club  of  Secunderabad - West  and  Chairman - Career Guidance services for Rotary International District 3150 comprising 65 Rotary Clubs in Andhra Pradesh. As a Rotary International Volunteer I have implemented  Career Guidance projects  in Colleges & Universities in Australia & Singapore with a true spirit of  Service above self.  

I wish to continue to be a Member of the Southern India Regional Council of ICSI  to offer my experience and expertise to  bring in more visibility and innovative dimension for a favourable growth and development of our profession. I would also like to be more concerned for qualitative approach with professional outlook to various events of our profession -be it at Chapter level or in the Southern Region.
